My name is Cynthia Wilson, and I have been designing and crafting seashell mirror art for over 10 years. It is only recently that I have decided to make my passion for seashells a full time affair.
I am committed to providing you with quality pieces which are unique, artistic, and affordable. All seashell designs are handmade from natural seashells (no immitations here!), most of which have been hand collected around the world. It was my mother's hobby to walk the beaches in Florida collecting seashells, when staying at a family beach house. Occasionally I use shells from that collection adding to the uniqueness of the design.

Some items ship the next business day after payment is received. Custom order shipping dates will be quoted at the time of the order. All shipments will be made using UPS ground and insured unless otherwise arranged with us. Shipping charges are applied at checkout and include all handling, insurance, and packaging.

Refund, Return and Cancellation Policies:
I take pride in my products, and want you to love them as much as I love creating them! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 calendar days of the receipt of your purchase, for either a refund or resolution. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Item must be returned in it’s original packaging in the same condition which it left my studio.
All items are created when the order is placed. Any cancellations of an order must be made within 2 calendar days of the order date. A $50 restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders.

Are any animals harmed in obtaining your seashells?
Absolutely NOT!!!! All seashells have been either hand collected on the shores, or purchased from shell operations affiliated with the seafood industry.
What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order?
Some items ship the following business day, therefore cancellation can only apply to custom orders or items with a 3 business day or greater availability for shipping. I understand that from time to time it’s necessary to change or cancel an order. If this is the case, please let me know within 2 calendar days of placing your order. On all orders, a $50 non refundable restocking fee will be charged.
How can I contact you regarding my order status?
I am usually available by phone Monday through Saturday from 9am to 2pm pacific standard time. The only exception to this would be if I am in the studio, and cannot get to the phone. You can also send me an e-mail which in most cases will be answered within 24 hours.
Will you notify me when my order ships?
Yes. A confirmation email containing your shipping information and a tracking number is sent at the time UPS is advised of the shipping.
How long will it take to get my custom order?
Once payment is received, your custom order will be completed within 24 to 48 hours depending on the item. This time frame is also dependent on the availability of the seashells requested. The shipping time frame will be quoted when you place your order.
What if an item I wanted has sold, can I order another one for myself?
Certainly!!! All custom orders and requests are welcome. Any design can be recreated; however the shells may vary slightly due to availability and selection. Have an idea? I would love to hear it, and create it for you!
